High expectations. Low optimism. It seems everyone in Alabama knows what this message means: No one wants to coach football in Alabama. Even ordinary citizens are turning down “THE JOB” in Tuscaloosa.

That in mind, the creative minds inside The Bob McCarty Shop came up with a design that reflects how ordinary Alabamans and college football coaches around the country answered the question: “Will you coach the Crimson Tide?”
