By doing nothing, Oklahoma’s Democrat Gov. Brad Henry has made it possible for a bill prohibiting public funds from being used for most abortions to become law.

A Reuter’s article yesterday described the bill’s passage as “a victory for social conservatives who have been pressing nationwide for restrictions on abortions.”

Drawing from the last line of the Oklahoma state song, I have to say this about the state of my birth: “You’re looking fine, Oklahoma! Oklahoma, O.K!”
