		<description>since when did saying a racist remark ever been a crime, it is a word not to say that it cannot do damage it is a word . it is not it not like ones killing large groups of certain peoples.so anyone who exspresses that they hate jews or africans or whatever only by speach goes jail  is this right look at dog the bounty hunter is was betrayed by his own son for saying the n word all for disagreeing with him for dating a afro american womon peace</description>
