The family of Marine Corps LCpl. Justin L. Sharratt is demanding that Congress censure Rep. John Murtha (D-Penn.) for saying Marines over-reacted and he killed civilians “in cold blood”.

This news comes less than a week after an Article 32 hearing cleared Lance Corporal Sharratt of murder charges related to the deaths of three Iraqi brothers in Haditha, Iraq, in November 2005 [See this Bob McCarty Writes post last week for details.].
