Election officials in this country are rumored to be testing a new type of “voting booth” with voters in Germany. If the tests prove successful, voting booths like the one shown in the photo at right will be used during the 2008 election cycle, beginning with the presidential primaries which begin in January.

Though they have no data to prove their hypothesis, political scientists believe this prototype captures the sentiment of American voters more accurately than any voting booth used to date.
