At home and abroad, short people dominated the news today.
In Sweden, gangs of criminals have been found to be hiding dwarves in sports bags and smuggling them onto buses to steal luggage, according to a Sky News report. Once inside the baggage hold of a bus, the tiny terrors rummaged through personal belongings of their fellow travelers.
Here in the United States, AP reported this afternoon that Democrat presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich has abandoned his second bid for the White House. Apparently, voters either weren’t ready for a president only 5 feet 7 inches tall or they weren’t ready for a tongue stud-wearing first lady — or both!
