Price of Gasoline to Reach $4 Per Gallon by Spring

Gasoline prices are predicted to rise once again, according to an International Herald Tribune article:

Will work for fuel t-shirtGasoline prices, which for months lagged the big run-up in the price of oil, are suddenly rising quickly, with some experts fearing they could hit $4 a gallon by spring. Diesel is hitting new records daily and oil closed at an all-time high on Tuesday of $100.88 a barrel.

This news comes almost one year after I published a post, Agonizing Over Rising Gas Prices? Fear Not, about predictions of gasoline prices rising above $3 a gallon.
