Hillary Clinton a liar? No! She’s a victim — and the CBS Evening News story broadcast last night proves it once and for all.

The struggling Democrat presidential candidate, you see, suffers from Partzheimer’s (a.k.a., Convenient Memory-Loss Syndrome) as first highlighted in a post on this blog one year ago this month and reiterated in posts March 27, 2007 and Sept. 12, 2007.

CBS was forced to come clean about the matter after the former first lady, in a speech last week, was so bold as to recount details of a trip she made to war-torn Bosnia on March 25, 1996. She said she dodged sniper fire, ran for cover –and worse: She lied! The CBS report proves it.

What’s more puzzling than the fact Clinton and other politicians lie is the fact that members of the mainstream media — CBS included — have been so slow to acknowledge the near-pandemic of politicians struggling with Partzheimer’s.

Had they simply read this blog, they would have found nearly a dozen articles highlighting the memory-loss issues of several well-known politicians, including President Jimmy Carter, former Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, Vice President Al Gore, Republican presidential candidate John McCain and Clinton. On April 27, 2007, I also reported on a possible cure (See Treatments May Reverse Memory Loss in Politicians). More importantly, they would have found a report revealing that hope for a cure lies in research by scientists who used mental stimulation and drug treatment to reverse memory loss in mice. UPDATE #1 11:05 a.m. Central 3/25/08: After learning that singer Sheryl Crow had accompanied Hillary Clinton on the 1996 trip to Bosnia, it became clear as to why Clinton remembered “running” soon after landing in Bosnia: She was in search of toilet paper! It seems Crow, who earned notoriety last year for her stance on the environment, had guilted everyone aboard the aircraft into limiting their usage of toilet paper to one square per visit.
