The video above helps to explain why Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said what she said about the peril she faced during a 1996 trip to war-torn Bosnia. Though she’s been accused of telling a bald-faced lie, the video above proves she shouldn’t be held responsible for her actions. In fact, she couldn’t help herself, because she’s a victim of Partzheimer’s Disease, an affliction also known as Convenient Memory-Loss Syndrome.
