I tuned in to The Rush Limbaugh Show this afternoon, but only long enough to hear him reminisce about an event which took place some 15 years ago in Fort Collins, Colo. By simply uttering three words, Dan’s Bake Sale, Rush increased my blog traffic by nearly 400 visitors in the last 15 minutes.

The increase stems from the fact that I’ve mentioned the event — which started out as a way to raise money so that one of Rush’s listeners could purchase a newsletter and ended up attracting more than 70,000-plus people from all over the United States, including this blogger — in a handful of posts on this blog.
