With tongue firmly in cheek, I announce that a second “attack” against this blogger took place late this morning.

The attacker was a winged creature — a finch, I think — who was kind enough to pose for the post-attack photos above. Unlike the attacker whose efforts were chronicled in a post, Blogger Finds Himself Under ‘Attack’, this one’s encounter with the bay window that overlooks my backyard did not result in any life-threatening injuries. The encounter did, however, prompt this blogger’’s wife to call for me to put something up to stop future “attacks” from taking place. I think that means she wants to get a kitten…or two.
