Almost daily, reports surface about so-called “disgruntled employees” lashing back at their former employers in some way or another that attracts the world’s attention. Some, like former White House press secretary Scott McClellan, even write tell-all books! But not all employees are disgruntled.

There’s another type of employee — let’s call him the GRUNTLED EMPLOYEE — who attracts less attention because he’s happy with his lot in life. That employee’s attitude inspired the creative minds at The Bob McCarty Shop to come up with a new product line, an example of which is shown at right.
