Faced with threatened impeachment and embroiled in scandal, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich needs to solve the gang violence problem in Chicago, and he needs to do it now! So shouldn’t he turn to one-time community organizer Barack Obama (a.k.a., “The Obamessiah”) for help? According to writer Ronald Kessler, the answer is “No.”
Chicago’s NBC5 reported yesterday that, after Blagojevich signed a new law that will put in place tougher penalties for selling guns to minors in Illinois, he announced he’s talking to the Illinois State Police and the National Guard to see if they can help combat the violence that Chicago is experiencing. Omitted from any announcement was news that the Democrat governor had contacted the presumptive Democrat Party presidential nominee for help. The reason for that omission is clear, according to writer Ronald Kessler.
In a NewsMax piece published Tuesday, Kessler details how a close look at Obama’s career reveals it has been even more mediocre than generally recognized and concludes with an observation and a prediction:
The idea that America might entrust its security and future to someone who has never demonstrated an ability to get anything of significance done is scary.
Look for John McCain to begin exploiting this vulnerability after Labor Day.
