The SAVE THE BIPOLAR BEAR! t-shirt which I introduced to the world in an August 5 post will make its North American debut at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines.

Jan Mickelson (left), host of Newsradio WHO-AM’s Mickelson in the Morning program, told his listeners yesterday he will wear the new SAVE THE BIPOLAR BEAR! t-shirt when he broadcasts from the fair next week. As a guest on that program, I was ecstatic to learn that Iowa’s most-prolific conservative talk radio show host would serve as the shirt’s first “super model.” Now, I invite others to share in my joy.
