Accuracy in Media editor Cliff Kincaid said in a news release today that coverage of the Barack Obama campaign’s fierce attack on Jerome Corsi’s book, The Obama Nation, misses the point that the campaign has finally acknowledged that the mysterious “Frank” in Obama’s 1995 book, Dreams From My Father, is in fact the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) member Frank Marshall Davis.
“This identification by AIM and others hasn’t been disputed by the media, which has desperately tried to ignore the Obama-Davis relationship, but the Obama campaign has not responded to it until now,” Kincaid writes in a new column posted at the nonprofit press watchdog’s web site.
“The admission that Obama’s mentor was Frank Marshall Davis, an identified CPUSA member,” Kinkaid explained, “can only add to growing public concern about Obama’s relationship with a Communist pawn of Moscow who was the subject of security investigations by the FBI and various congressional committees which examined Soviet activities in the U.S.”
Kincaid notes that a 40-page Obama report that is intended as a “rebuttal” to Corsi’s book makes no admission that Davis was a communist and doesn’t dispute anything Corsi documents about Davis’s membership in the Communist Party. Instead, Kincaid notes, the report attempts to play down instances in which Obama soaks up Davis’s anti-American thoughts and pro-communist “poetry.”
Kincaid praises Corsi’s book, saying, “It is clear that Corsi is to Obama what the National Enquirer is to admitted adulterer and liar John Edwards. The Enquirer exposed Edwards’ secret life when the rest of the media were refusing to investigate the candidate and making fun of the Enquirer.”
AIM confirmed the identity of Frank Marshall Davis and his relationship with Obama last February.

Leave it to Obama — actually, Indonesian-citizenship-holding-and-maybe-others? Barry Soetoro — to have a 40-page rebuttal generated for Corsi’s book.
He and his apologists are do dull of wit they do not understand that they best thing they could do is simply say nothing about the book.
However, let them keep up the attacks, as have the NYT and WaPo and the SoetorObama shills and shillettes in the broadcast media. They simply are giving free publicity to Corsi.
I guess, though, the 40-page rebuttal will serve a purpose: to allow even examination of what SoetorObama has or has not said about certain things.

I do think it is well worth doing a side-by-side comparison between each candidate regarding their positions and public statements.
If you start seeing devious secret purposes and conspiracies, there’s really no end to where the mind can wander.
With that in mind, I do think you really need to look at John McCains communist connections when discussing this subject.
Keep in mind that John McCain himself admitted that he ‘cracked’ and provided the Communists with information and helped create propaganda while he was a prisoner of war. He made a number of radio broadcasts and several movies. These broadcasts were heard by loyal Americans fighting the war and were used to sap their morale.
You really can’t blame the guy. He had all 4 limbs broken and was not given medical aid. In fact, the only way he survived was by telling the Communists that he was the son of a a US general. After they learned that, they gave him special treatment, above what the other prisoners got. John McCain hated that – but at the same time it is what allowed him to survive. He received medical treatment at a hospital, which is not what prisoners normally get.
There have been some within the Republican party that have wondered if John McCain might be some sort Manchurian Candidate? There’s also the uncontrollable rages that John McCain goes into. Hard to tell if these are the result of torture or what?

Rense is the only place where you can get news and information that MSM will not print because it’s all owned by about 5 people. It’s so PREDICTABLE. You know what they’re going to tell you. Yawn. I don’t give WaPo or the NYT or the rest my time of day. They are irrelevant to what I need to know. I’m not taking a PC social worker 101 class.
They are dying and good riddance.
I would never have said that 10 or15 years ago. I am a librarian.

Chariot — I agree with most of your comment; however, I must correct you on your opening statement. Rense isn’t the only place to “get news and information the MSM will not print.” After all, he pointed you here, didn’t he? I suggest you take a look at my posts on Chevron’s battle with the Amazon Defense Coalition in Ecuador and on the military’s use of portable lie detectors as examples of reporting you won’t find in the MSM.

Frank Marshall Davis may well be the big secret in the Soetoro / Obama Birth Certificate controversy. Marshall’s steamy porno pulp novel talks about a sexual encounter with an under aged white girl.
Could it have been Miss Stanley? In whose apartment were those famous and well Googled “Obama naked mom” photos posed.
Whose name is really in the Father line on Obama’s long form hospital Birth Certificate?
One thing is for sure – If Obama were entered in a Human-Dog show, he’d be in the “purebred Communist” class!

I like Jeff Rense. He gives EVERYBODY a voice. Which is what free speech and the FIRST AMENDMENT is all about. I’ve listened to him for years and read the articles posted on his site for years and he is 99.99% on spot. When he is wrong, he has the gumption to admit it.

Jeff is right most of the time a real journalist. Face it Obama is a fraud indeed a Communist, groomed for such a time as this. He has been selected (no more free elections in America haven’t been since 1992) elected to destroy the Republic of the united States and he is doing on hell of a job.
