Everyone is speculating today about who Barack Obama will select as his running mate on the Democratic Party presidential ticket.  Because one individual who has received a lot of attention is Sen. Joseph Biden, I thought this an appropriate time to reach back into this blog’s deep file drawers and extract one of my favorite Biden-related items.

A post published Feb. 6, 2007, ran under the headline, 7-11, Dunkin Donuts and Joseph Biden, and included a YouTube video of the senator from Delaware casting ethnic slurs about Indian-Americans (i.e., U.S. citizens who immigrated to the United States from India).

By selecting Senator Biden as his running mate, Obama will be doing John McCain a huge favor.
