But the 14th Amendment addresses only “Civil Rights” (Privileges and Immunities) not Political Rights nor Unalienable Rights. The only Political Right that has been granted to none white Citizens is that of “Suffrage” and that Right is limited to “Voting.” (U.S. Constitution, 15th Amendment).
