I recently read an articele on Biden that stated if he was born anywhere else, other than the North East, he would be a moderate Republican. This rings very true. The way I see Biden with the Obama ticket is "yawn." As of right now, Biden doesn't hurt his ticket, but he isn't some epic change monger. Blustery gaffes aside, I don't think he will help it either.
