During a segment of his show called, “Great Moments in Presidential Speeches,” late night talk show host David Letterman has, for years, run short, pithy video clips of President George W. Bush in an attempt to make him look like an oaf.  If the host of the CBS program, The Late Show with David Letterman, wants to generate a real laughter during that segment of his show, he’ll air the “Do You Speak Obama?” video at right.  It shows a teleprompter-free Barack Obama demonstrating his less-than-stellar speaking skills.
