Hoping to dampen disunity rumors at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Hillary Clinton staffers told reporters today that “Hillary is behind Barack Obama.”
Immediately upon hearing that spin, I couldn’t help but wonder whether Hillary is holding a knife and waiting for an opportunity to stab Barack Obama in the back or simply planning to use the time-tested grade school ploy of affixing a handwritten “Kick Me!” sign to the back of the presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee.
