The shooter of the video below — shot with a video camera while aboard a commercial aircraft en route from Denver to Charlotte following the Democratic National Convention — wrote this in a post at RedState.com this afternoon:
On a plane from Denver to Charlotte following the Democrats’ convention, I found myself seated behind former National Chairman of the Democratic National Committee Don Fowler and Congressman John Spratt of South Carolina. Their conversation was interesting to say the least.
For example, they made fun of Sarah Palin for several minutes, Fowler calling her “Dan Quayle” on steroids and Spratt creatively describing her as “just terrible.” They both agreed that, “Other than the simple fact that she’s a female,” she has nothing to offer.
Then there was this gem of a moment from Fowler:
This incredible video captures a level of liberal political depravity that’s enough to make a person sick: Giddiness over the possibility that a hurricane with potential to make Hurricane Katrina look gentle striking at the same time the Republican National Convention is set to begin in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
I can’t wait to see the first advertisement crafted by the McCain-Palin campaign that exploits the crass attitude of these high rollers of the Democratic Party — and then to see Barack Obama throw Fowler and Spratt under the bus.
Is there any room under the bus?

What a sicko Fowler is!

“As for me and my house, we’ll be praying for heavy rain at Invesco Field on the evening of Aug. 28 in Denver.”
Take the plank out of your own eye, you wicked hypocrite. May I ask where Jesus’s message fits into the advocacy of torture, years of needless war and suffering, expansion of poverty and income inequality, the expansion of the ranks of the uninsured, and so on brought on by the policies of the so-called party of “morals and values”? “Love your neighbor as yourself,” indeed.

Laughable — Your sense of humor leaves a lot to be desired. Why don’t you come back when you’re in a better mood, okay?

Your retort is to be pedantic vis-à-vis my choice of “laughable” (causing or deserving laughter or /derision/) – fine. Be assured that humor was not the intent.

derisory — Be assured that I didn’t really want you to come back either.
