redhawk -- Lately, the Obama-Biden lackeys have been touting the talking point that says, "Ninety-five percent of Americans will pay lower taxes under Obama's plan." That, however, is patently untrue for one reason: Forty percent of Americans don't even pay taxes, so that means that, at a maximum, 38 percent of Americans might pay lower taxes IF Obama's plan works. And that's a HUGE "if."
