If paying more taxes is patriotic, call me anti-American!
Joe Biden told a Good Morning America interviewer, “It’s time to be patriotic … time to jump in, time to be part of the deal, time to help get America out of the rut, and the way to do that is…” by paying more taxes.

Unbelieveable! My husband and I got killed with AMT last year, we paid over 55K in taxes because my husband’s regional district did well in sales we won a couple trips from his company which declared the value much more than they really were so the company could write them off for taxes and so we got screwed and on our taxes put us over the AMT limit. This was the first time we ever got hit with AMT which is based on income salaries from the 80′s!IfIf I had known that we would get hit with AMT, I would have told him to pass on the trips and take the much lower monetary reward which was like a couple thousand! We’re not rich, I consider myself middle class, we both work and have our first baby, we live in an older neighborhood, have used cars. We’ve worked hard, and watch our spending. We don’t even own a small business, so the fact that Obama and Biden think its more patriotic for middle class America to pay more taxes is amazing. If we get hit with more taxes, I’m thinking of quitting my job, because its not worth it to work hard and have a Socialist government take your money which really doesn’t even go to the poor (but the pockets of bureaucrats) that’s what ultimately happens in Socialism! What is the incentive to work. That’s the economic plan Obama and Biden have for America????? I’m voting for McCain/Palin Reform Revolution! That’s the patriotic thing to do!

I knew that Joe Biden could be counted on to highlight the real Obama/Obiden/Moron.org message to voters, before they find it out with the worst post-election hangover ever hung on a populace.
Like you Bob, if wanting lower taxes is unpatriotic in the liberal vernacular, then by Gawd, I am as unpatriotic as I can make myself to the progressive socialist nazis! Long live freedom and lower taxes!

And believe me, I DO NOT support this guy they call Obama. He is the biggest threat to America than people realize and they will find out why when IRAN and others test him!
But, so be it. They wanted change and they will get it. I just hope they are ready to accept the consequences that the changes will bring!
