If the Democrats were to gain enough seats to have a filibuster-proof Senate, the only reach across the aisle you'd see from her in the House would be "work with us, or you'll be left in the wilderness, cretins!" If they don't, she knows she needs liberally-oriented Republicans to enact the socialization of Amerika. That's her "reach".
