Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford has been nominated for the AT&T All-America Player of the Week. This week in the Sooners’ 35-10 victory over TCU, Bradford threw for a career high 411 yards and 4 TD’s, making it his third straight game with a career-high in passing yards. In addition, he has thrown 14 touchdowns in his last three games.
Bradford, who was also nominated for his performance Sept. 6, is joined this week’s by three other top candidates: Texas quarterback Colt McCoy, Oregon State running back Jacquizz Rodgers and Alabama quarterback John Parker Wilson. All were selected by ESPN as this week’s top candidates, based on the players’ outstanding performances over the weekend.
