While listening to The Rush Limbaugh Show and watching Fox News Channel on the television, the folks at St. Louis’ KMOX-AM 1120 broke into Rush’s program to offer a CBS News Special Report that House Democrats failed to muster enough votes to pass the economic bailout package being voted upon in the U.S. House of Representatives today — and there is NO PLAN B!
As of this posting at 1:03 p.m. Central, the votes stand at 207 in favor and 226 against.

A stunner!
Constitutents have been flooding Capitol Hill with emails, phone calls, and faxes.
Also, I noticed just now that credit card companies have cut limits:
“Even if you have a high credit score and a blemish-free payment history, your credit limit may have been cut. American Express recently cut the credit for 10% of its cardholders, but most banks have reduced credit limits for some customers since last summer. If you are making a big purchase or use your credit card for unplanned expenses, be sure to check your limit. There are big penalties for going over it. ”
Take not of that final sentence, and be careful!
