Ricardo Alonso-Zaldivar cites “actuarial math” as the reason behind his headline-inspiring conclusion that there’s a “One-in-four chance McCain may not survive 2nd term” if elected to a first.  What the Associated Press writer failed to mention, however, is the fact that McCain’s mother has lived almost as long as Barack Obama Jr.’s parents COMBINED!

Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, died of ovarian cancer at age 52 and his biological father, Barack Obama Sr., died in a car wreck at age 46.  Combined, their ages at death totaled 98 years.  Conversely, Roberta McCain is 96 years old and still going strong as evidenced in the video below:
