Military installations worldwide will offer free, anonymous mental health self-assessments to individuals who may be struggling with depression in recognition of National Depression Screening Day® Friday. Using a Martha Stewartism, I must say, “That’s a good thing!” Not so good, however, is the likelihood that annual costs of such worldwide screening efforts will skyrocket if Barack Obama is elected president Nov. 4. Why? Because working for a Commander-in-Chief who loathes them more than any previous American president is bound to leave record numbers of service members feeling depressed. (Source)
