"Yikes! I Might Be...Militia!"
Three weeks ago, I published what has turned out to be this blog’s most-popular post ever, Lawsuit Challenges Barack Obama Citizenship. It’s popular because it highlights one man’s attempt to prove Barack Obama is not a legal citizen of the United States and, therefore, cannot legally seek or hold the office of president of the United States. And it’s “legs” are gaining strength.

Before you make a decision one way or the other on this matter, I ask you to do one thing: Watch a video (right) which outlines the case being waged by Phillip Berg, a prominent Philadelphia attorney and Democrat, in federal court before Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Pennsylvania Eastern District Court.
If, after watching this video, you find yourself in agreement with Berg and others who believe Obama should be required to provide to the court proof of his citizenship, I ask that you forward a link to this post to everyone you know who deserves to know the facts about this case and about the Democrat who so badly wants to be our nation’s 44th president. That’s just about every legal citizen of voting age in the United States. So watch the video — and hurry!

Folks, I talked to Philip Berg about the lawsuit this morning. It is legit. If no action is taken he’s going to the Supreme Court. Also, I wanted to mention that Obama’s moratorium on foreclosures for 90 days is a joke. Lenders usually do not start foreclosure proceedings until 90 days.

Please carefully read the DNC/Obama response and request for ruling. It cites that Berg has no standing, and elsewhere on the web, a similar filing was made again McCain.
Actually, the burden of proof is upon the plaintiff Berg to make his case. The Hawai’i birth cert has been reviewed by Hawai’i officials and deemed to be correct.
The trials and tribulations of Barack’s mom are well noted. Sometime after Barack’s birth she left the States, and reasonable people will know that whatever other papers she may have had were probably lost in the process.
My mother never had my “Original” birth cert, having moved several times, esp, after my dad died.
From some notes about the Judge: he appears to be very slow to rule on Civil cases, so I would bet that he will not decide any of this before Nov 4, and does not have any requirement to do so. If Berg, and the others wish, I’m sure that they can file an immediate action with the 3rd Circuit to expedite.
I hope that if any sanctions are available to the court to impose costs against Berg and the others that they do so, since the concepts noted in the DNC response are, as the lawyers call it, established dicta, and arguing cases in that respect may be deemed to be frivolous. Hope the DNC asks for costs.
