Take heart - the smart money says that Ohio's votes will be but a minor contribution to President-elect Obama's margin of victory in the electoral college, regardless on which side the Supreme Court comes down

Looks like the law just does not have enough teeth. Probably state law would be a better avenue. GOP has not rigged any elections. Name one. Who specifically rigged it and when? Nobody rigged Florida, if that's what you are talking about. There were several recounts and Bush still won. Even a consortium of newspapers, including leftist ny times did their own recount and found, however you count the votes BUSH STILL WON!!! You leftist nut-cases are so far into nowhere that any myth grows into truth for you, just like the myth that only Bush thought saddam had wmd, when the un already had 17 resolutions on same and Clinton said they had them too.

Sadly for Republicans, there will be no nonsense in Ohio like there was in FL in 2000.

Calm down, Holmes. . . . We're sure in these Obama-leaning quarters that McCain is taking Ohio, anyway.

And when the election is over, you will be able to comfort yourself that there is no vote-fraud scheme, actual or merely the paranoid delusion of rightwingers staring into the face of their loss of power, that could possibly swing the 8 or 9 million votes that will decide the popular election in November.

But in the meantime, and before making your claims about how ACORN represents the end of civilization, you might reflect upon the actions of Kenneth Blackwell during the 2004 election.

Even the unfounded accusations you make pale in comparison to the conflicts of interest and voter disenfranchisement perpetrated by Blackwell in 2004.

And if you're proud of Brunner v Ohio Republican party, think of the no-less-than 16 lawsuits warranted by Blackwell's shameless actions.

The right accusing the left of rigging elections. . . . yeah, that's rich.

The whole election may depends on this, Mc Cain must do something about this right away, or we have become a banana republic (think Kenya ;-) ) !

It never ceases to amaze me how idiotic some people are. You may take the credit for this re-realization. Do you know how stupid and devisive you are? I wager yo do not; your intellect would not allow it.

Gee, they weren't idiots when they helped W across the line in 2000, were they? Very glad to see that the Robert court has the integrity not to help the GOP keep eligible voters from the polls in Ohio this time around.
