St. Louis County Police released the surveillance camera photo above of an unidentified individual carrying a handful of helium balloons into a downtown Clayton, Mo., parking garage. According to a St. Louis Post-Dispatch report today, police believe the individual — who they think is a man — is responsible for the bomb blast Thursday morning that injured John Gillis, a 69-year-old attorney with the Armstrong Teasdale law firm.
