  Obama tells on lie…ooops…not politcally correct…but still a LIE…after the other. He turns in a little note from his Doctor in place of his medical records… what>? Has he had a sex change??? What is his deal? McCain and Palin have been VERY open with thier medical records. Obama continues to FIGHT to keep his college records a secret…his birth certificate a secret and has appearently povided a forgery in it’s place. I can not care less what this guy has to hide…but I DO CARE that he wants to HIDE EVERYTHING about himself and thinks he should be PRESIDENT! If he wants to have a secret life…then he shouldn’t have run for office.

  So many people are not arguing the real point on this. It does NOT MATTER if this document is “fake” or “real”. WHAT MATTERS is what the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS SAY. THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE which has complete information, and from which the show certificate is generated from (probably by a low level clerk).

  I want to see the ORIGINAL not the 2006 short form, because between the translation, there is room for error!

  Well, the judge didn’t think that Berg had a point… the case was dismissed and the judge called Berg’s arguments “frivlolous and not worthy of discussion” and that they “ventured in to the unreasonable”

  Case closed… now let’s discuss grown up things like the broken economy and the fact that the Terrorist havens in Afghanistan and Pakistan have been spinning out of control while we’ve been pursuing a pointless war in Iraq.

  What’s the big deal about where Obama was born? With all the outsourcing of the good jobs to foreign countries and HB1 visa’s by the thousands being issued to foreigners to work here in the U.S., which keeps big corporations rich while they expect a working person to live on reduced salaries and part time jobs, I think our government should also be outsourced to the lowest bidders. They would probably do a better and cheaper job of running it. Think about it. We are not the good ole USA we used to be so get use to it.

  I especially love the way that people with logons like “criticalthinker” and “TruthBTold” keep quoting a bunch of crap that the US government, the Hawaiian State Government and all the respectable media outlets have saud is not true…

  My question to them is.. If any of this were really true, why is it that not one of the thousands of high-powered Republican lawyers throughout DC have gotten involved in this? it would make a career, it would be the case of the century… are Criticalthinker and TruthBTold naive enough to think that this lawyer from Philadelphia, with a history of frivlous lawsuits (and whose website is collecting thousands in “donations” to pursue this case) and a bunch of right wing bloggers are the only ones who could figure this out? Get real, if there was even the possibility of case here, Republican lawyers from DC would be falling over themselves trying to get involved. But NOT ONE has.

  Moses – it wouldn’t matter whether the Republican’s candidate is legal or not… there are thousands of lawyers and journalists with real legal knowledge (not gathered from a bunch of conspiracy blogs) who don’t care who wins this election and would be flocking to the case, or scoop of the country… where are they? Is the vast Islamic/ Obamic/Masonic/ Illuminatic (moronic) conspiracy threatening their children? Perhaps Ayers has developed his mind control device and aimed it at DC and all of these people forgot to put on their little aluminum foil hats. Otr maybe… just maybe… Obama’s telling been telling the truth…

  Hows about this, berg obtained Stanley Ann Dunham’s (Barrack’s mother’s) medical records because he couldn’t get Barrack’s. She has no record of giving birth in the USA in 1961. But she did however give birth to a bouncing baby Barrack Obama Jr. in Mombasa Kenya, August 4, 1961. She Then registered the birth in Hawaii August 8, 1961. If he had been born in America they would have done it in the hospital on the day of his birth. Don’t be fooled, by the way McCain was born on a military base in Panama. Military bases are considered U.S soil. Plus both of his parents where U.S. citizens. (He could have been born on the moon and it wouldn’t have made a difference in his “natural born” status) Since barrack Obama’s Father was from Kenya and He was born there, He is considered a Natural Born Citizen of Kenya. Know some have argued that his mother was an American so that would grant him U.S Citizenship. In a case like this It would depend on the Law at the time. In 1961 the law was she would have had to have live d in American for 10 straight years and 5 of those years would have had to be after the age of 14. 14 + 5 = 19. She had Obama when she was 18 so he would not have been granted “Natural Born” status in 1961. Nor would he be able to obtain it afterwards. It’s a technicality, but the law is the law. Further more, she had been living in Hawaii for 10 straight years. whoever Hawaii didn’t gain statehood until 1959. She would only have been living in America for 2 years before giving birth to Obama. Another technicality I know, the law is the law and the facts are the facts. In Hawaii on August 13, 1961 there is an acknowledgment of birth for Obama in the paper. Do not be fooled by this. It gives the date of the birth but not the location. When Stanley Ann Dunham returned to Hawaii on August 8, 1961. She put an announcement in the paper to notify her friends. Plus the so called “Birth Certificate” on Obama’s website was proven a forgery an that’s why it was taken down. Besides it’s not a birth certificate, It’s an acknowledgment of live birth. And it’s his sister’s , Mya. You can see her name under his. Besides the font that is on the document didn’t exist in 1961. It did however exist in 1970 when Mya was born. Plus the Annenberg-backed factcheck.org, I submit to you that they are lying, because Obama was on the board of the Chicago Annenberg challenge which provides them funding. For proof seekers, the document posted on factcheck.org has a seal on it, the one on the obama website did not… So how could they be the same document. This should directly discredit anything you hear about Obama on factcheck.org. AND TO YOU WHO ASK WHY NOONE IN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS GOING AFTER THIS.. I SUBMIT TO YOU THIS, it’s a strategy. They’re not going to release this until the 11th hour. Why?, because it would throw the DNC into chaos. Not only would they have to investigate, they would also have to appoint a democratic nominee, and the nominee wouldn’t have enough time to gain the backing that Obama or McCain has… Which would almost guarantee a victory. They are using the media’s favoring of obama to there advantage. The Obama loving CNN or ABC aren’t going to air a story that might hurt or disqualify there guy. Think about it, a man tries to sue god and it’s a front page story, and on every news program in the USA. But a man tries to sue a presidential Nominee and it only hit’s the internet discussion boards? This is being kept quit for a reason.

  At the end of the day I cant stand Polosi, Frank, Dodd and Reed… BHO is just going to make things worse… We don’t a D controlled House, Senate and presidency. Seriously, it’s going to be a drag. On a lighter note, I did offer not to cut staff at my company in lieu of a %12 reduction in pay across the board. Finally, I saw the mind control devise in a utube video. It made me feel funny all over, tingly kind of. Go Nader!

  What has been staring everyone in the face is the effects of political correctness and no one has seen it. The beauty of this liberal political correctness is that the person who forged this document got caught in their own trap of affirmative action hyphenated Americans.

  Look closely at Stanley Ann Dunham’s race. Caucasian.

  Now look closely at Barack Hussein Obama sr’s race. It is listed as African.
  That doesn’t seem all that interesting and no one has noticed it until one looks that this is an official document filed in August 1961.

  Most people on the internet and blogging have no sense of history nor in the use of words and it is this lack of sense which is going to bite whoever forged this document.

  Up until 1968, the standard term for all Africans was “negroe”. This fit with the absolute secular scientific teaching of the day which notes the world has 3 races in Mongoloid, Caucasoid and Negroid.
  It was not until the Black Revolution when negroe or negro became a foul description in the late 1960’s and then “black” was demanded by this group to describe them.
  It was not until the late 1970’s when political correctness came into vogue that it ushered in by the 1980’s the term “African” to describe all blacks.

  Whoever forged this birth certificate was not utilizing the 1960’s terminology which a black person would be listed as. They fell instead into a warped year 2000 politically correct description of “African”.

  As for your assertion that the reason that this hasn’t been released becasue of “strategy” is ridiculous for a number of reasons:

  a) If it were true there would be no reason to release all of this at the “11th hour”, there would be no time to verify it and would be less effective… it’s already too late for the Dems to choose another candidate… That is, of course, it were true… but if they don’t want people to verify the truth, they might very well release a stream of lies at the last minute to confuse people. Hell, they had a chance to present their arguments to a judge at what would have been the perfect time (enough time to verify but too late for the Dems to recover), and Berg submitted a lawsuit that cited wikipedia and provided no real evidence.

  b) With all the thousands he DC lawyers with a background in government, and all the Journalists who spend their lives reporting on this stuff, it wouldn’t matter if the Republicans wanted to keep this secret… someone would have pursued this to advance their own career… If you think the Republicans could keep all of this secret as a strategy until the last minute without someone trying to run with and make money, you know nothing about DC, politics, or life. If there were even a scent that any of this were real, they’d have been all over it. There’s no way the GOP could get all of them to forego the case/story of the century so that they could pull their little 11th hour stunt (again, if there were any real story here).

  c) According to your own arguments, Berg (the guy who cites wikipedia in lawsuit ) has all this “evidence”, and has already announced it, (even though, for some reason, he hasn’t shown it to any media sources )… This totally negates your argument… you say that they’re keeping it secret and waiting for the last minute to throw the Dems into chaos on the one hand, yet, on the other hand, they’ve been blabbing this stuff all over the web for months…. they haven’t kept it secret… they’ve told everyone they have all this “evidence” it’s just that they haven’t been able to produce any of it.

  As for the birth certificate not being real because it says “African”… find me anything official that supports this claim about this… the representative of the Hawaiian Office of Vital Records said that this document appears to be the real thing… the right wing groups, who have been spreading this notion that “African” would not have been used then, have not produced any evidence that this is true, and have already been caught in a number of lies re Obama’s citizenship.

  These same right wing sites flooded the web with articles a couple of months ago saying that a “certificate of live birth” is not the same as a “birth certificate”, they made this sound real official and cited all kinds of “news” sources… but all of this was an elaborate lie… if you check the Hawaiian State Office of Vital Records webpage, you’ll find that it clearly says that the official Hawaiian birth certificate says “Certificate of Live Birth” on the top… Now, these same websites are telling us that the Hawaiian State government would not have used the term “African” back then, but offers no evidence to back this up… and the Hawaiian State government says the cert. is real…

  BTW – According to “fact check”, a representative of the Hawaiian State Dept of Health said that, when it comes to race on the birth certificate, they write down whatever term the parents use to describe themselves… so if the parent said “African” they would put “African”.

You might as well be listening to the obamanation himself. By the way, nice try on trying to use my own arguments against me. True this information is all over the web and hasn’t been kept totally quite and your argument would be valid if one little fact were different. If Philip J. Berg were a republican you would be right, But he is a liberal democrat, and therefore has no interest in another republican president. So he and the other dems (the ones that actually care about the constitution) at obamacrimes.com released this information with no regard for strategy that would insure a republican presidency. It is odd that they wait this long, I would have released it today, but then again I am not an adviser, just a student of history.

  Obama has posted a “Certification of live birth”, which is NOT NOT NOT A Birth Certificate!

  After months and months of unrequited requests, the Obama campaign did finally present a document which they claimed validated his eligibility (per the Constitution of the Unted States, Article II, Section I) as a “Natural born citizen” to have his name on the ballot in contention for the office of the President of the United States of America.

  However, contrary to what the few media outlets who are giving this outrageous claim any attention at all have concurred, what the Obama campaign supplied was not, in fact, a “birth certificate”. What they supplied was actually a “Certificate of Live Birth.” There is a major difference between a “birth certificate” and a “Certificate of Live Birth.” Aside from the level of detail differentiating the documents (hospital of record, doctor, height, weight, etc) – in the state of Hawaii, one authenticates natural born citizenship, and the other doesn’t. This part is important, – it has nothing to do with tin foil hats. Per the State of Hawaii’s Department of Health, “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.” (For citation purposes, please feel free to visit their site: http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html ).

  Why is this important? The “Certificate of Live Birth” provided by Obama, is in fact, a derivative of the “Amended certificates of birth” they site. Why is that important? Because per the second clause in the above citation, while you may earn citizenship via such a document, you do not necessarily earn “natural born” citizenship. “Natural born citizenship” is what is required to be eligible to be considered for the Presidency, per the United States Constitution.

  The form Obama posted wouldn’t even be acceptable to make an application in Hawaii’s Home Lands Program!

This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout).   Berg’s lawsuit was dismissed, NOT on the evidence (of which there is none yet), but because Berg didn’t have “standing.” He doesn’t have a “concrete, particularized injury” because the same injury is suffered by the entire voting population. The courts only redress these particularized injuries, so if someone’s wrongful and illegal act hurts EVERYBODY, nobody can complain. Strange but that’s how they do it.

  So a mere little voter cannot enforce that clause of the Constitution. THEN WHO CAN?

  The part that was called “frivolous” was NOT the whole suit, but only the parts where he tried to use some statutes (some Acts of Congress) to get standing.

  Berg has appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has ordered Obama to answer by December 1, on the issue of standing.

  I suppose you believe Kenya’s Ambassador to the United States has an axe to grind with your man, Obama, and that’s why he confirmed Obama was born in his country. Or perhaps that’s a conspiracy, too?

  It appears that some people need to read the Constitution. No one that is not natural born may run for the highest office in the land. period. plain and simple.

  obama was probably not vetted previously because you don’t have to be natural born to run for other offices (e.g., senate, house)

  His COLB has been proven to be a forgery by forensic scientists. In the digging up of this information, it has been found his selective service registration is also a forgery. Too bad the person conducting the forgery didn’t realize there is a date time group in the upper right hand corner. 2008 doesn’t equate to the date signed – 1980.

  This man is hiding something. He is snubbing his nose at the American people, and the Constitution of the United States. He is not who he says he is. Read the book by ayers. He states this country will be destroyed from within. Since ayers admits to being a good friend of obama’s, it makes me wonder and grow fearful.

  The sanctity of our Constitution is at stake. The United States, even with all her faults is the greatest country in the world. We must preserve what she stands for – and obama must show the required information.

  The media? They have probably sat back and went ‘oops’, we backed a guy we really didn’t have a clue about, and now there is this issue – should be touch it? Would he as president shut us down with his goon squad? Would we have to go underground with the news? Well guess what the media, for the most part hates George Bush so much they sold their soul to the devil and now – boys and girls they have to pay the price.

  This could be fixed very easily. SHOW THE INFORMATION obama. Unfortunately a narcissist and arrogant man such as obama believes himself to be the rightly heir to the throne (remember his spokes persons comment that obama is ready to ‘rule’) -
