Philadelphia attorney Philip Berg will be at the United States Supreme Court at 3:15 p.m. EST today to file a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, as well as an application to Justice Souter–the applicable Justice given this region–for an immediate injunction to stay the presidential election currently only five days away. That news appeared in a post at Jeff Schreiber’s America’s Right blog. In addition to much legal insight, he adds:
According to Berg, a television crew from Fox News Channel will be present to follow him as he files the documents at the U.S. Supreme Court. Furthermore, a rally is being planned for 3:00 p.m. today on the steps of the Court.
As I’ve written over the past few days, however, the odds of the writ being granted and the case actually being heard by the U.S. Supreme Court are slimmer than slim. Still, Berg is optimistic.
“We are at a crucial time for the United States of America,” Berg said. “I am hopeful that the Supreme Court will do what is necessary to avoid a certain constitutional crisis.”

You mean Berg the 9/11 conspiracy guy, right?
Way to go. Is there any line you’re not willing to cross? Applauding someone trying to overturn the election because of an urban legend.
Movement before country people. Never stop knowing that your agenda is more important than the country itself.

WHat part is BS? That Berg is a truther? Can’t be that, since it’s true…
That wanting the SCOTUS to subvert the popular vote for POTUS in 2 out of the last 3 elections to the benefit the same party is a disgusting “putting your party before your country” kind of idea? Nope, that’s not BS either – clearly that the case.
I don’t see your point at all hotoffthepress.

brs,
If you can’t see the point, you need new glasses — and you need to lay off the kool-aid.
