During his two terms in office, Bill Clinton became famous for arriving late to meetings and events.  In other words, he didn’t respect anyone else’s time.  Now, it seems, Barack Obama has developed a similar pattern of behavior.  The video above captures a number of, uhh, incidents during which, uhh, the Democratic Party presidential nominee arrived late for meetings as a United States senator.
