Bob McCarty Writes

Though I can guarantee you 100 percent of the content at BobMcCarty.com is written by a man (i.e., me), the analysis tools behind the new Gender Analyzer site concluded that only 80 percent of the content at BobMcCarty.com is written by a man.  Should I feel insecure about that?  Not exactly, considering the following:

• Regular contributor R.J. Godlewski’s extra serving of testosterone must have tilted the tables at Debbie Hamilton’s Right Truth blog, which earned a 92 percent male likelihood despite the fact that two of the three contributors listed on the site are decidedly not male;

• Debbie Schlussel comes in with a 72 percent written-by-males likelihood, though I pity the fool who would guess Debbie’s a man;

• While Mike Bay’s Skunkfeathers blog has an all-male staff, it must have resorted to scratching and clawing to reach a 55 percent likelihood of being written by men; and finally

• At 54 percent, Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit ranked only one percent higher toward the male end of the scale than a sewing blog.
