Almost 16 weeks after The Boeing Company successfully completed a successful test of airborne laser technology, the company announced today that is had completed yet another, leading me to wonder whether President-elect Barack Obama will view these successes and deem them “proven” in light of his campaign-trail statements that he wants to “cut investments in unproven missile defense systems” while our enemies and potential adversaries continue their own efforts.
