Forty-five days after publishing news about Odell Stukes Jr. being suspended for refusing to remove a Barack Obama cap while on the job, the Obama Cap Flap continues.
According to a new Suburban Journals report, the St. Louis-area bus driver involved in the case has been unable to get the American Civil Liberties Union or the Missouri Commission on Human Rights to take his case against his former employer, the Fort Zumwalt School District.
No longer carrying his Obama hat in hand with hopes of obtaining free legal representation, Stukes is said to be shopping for a lawyer and willing to pay for his services.
