In recent weeks, many Americans have expressed concern over what appears to be shortcomings in the federal government’s ability to account for billions of dollars in bailout funds. Now, I have a solution. Let’s put GPS tracking devices on each “bag” of bailout bucks. After all, the devices have helped law enforcement officials recover stolen trucks.
