Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, announced today at a press conference with Sens. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), David Vitter (R-La.) and John Ensign (R-Nev.), his intention to introduce an amendment to S.386, the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009 (FERA), a measure that would require recipients of funds from the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) to fully disclose any expenditures that are not essential to restoring their solvency.  It’s a good idea.  Read all about it here.
