Speaking before an audience at the National Academy of Sciences Monday morning, President Barack Obama starred in yet another impromptu episode of the ongoing saga, “Teleprompters Gone Wild!”

The technologically-challenged orator began to name members of his Presidents Council of Advisors on Science and Technology despite the fact that, only a few minutes earlier in his speech, he had introduced them.

Adding insult to injury, the video captures him instructing his teleprompter operator to “Go ahead and move it up” before telling the PCAST members in attendance, “I had already introduced you guys.”

Great orator?  Hardly.
