“I refuse to leave our children with a debt that they cannot repay, and that means taking responsibility right now, in this administration, for getting our spending under control.” — President Barack Obama, Feb. 23, 2009.
The words of President Obama, spoken only three days into his first — and, hopefully, only — term, ring hollow today as the nation approaches the end of the president’s first 100 days in office. Why? Because, as the graphic above shows, the nation’s 44th president has spent the nation into debt deeper than ever before.
So much for “hope” and “change.”

This guy is a joke. It’s only been 100 days and I think that I’d rather be stabbed in the ear with a fork than hear another scripted word pass his lips. I think I’m going to be sick………..

Thanks for stopping by, Wookie. Hopefully, you’ll feel better within four years.

That sounds like a “change I can believe in.”
