Johnny Cash Tribute Act Booking for Holidays

April 28th, 2009 · 3 Comments

If you’ve been tasked with lining up entertainment for end-of-year events, now is the time to get them booked.  One of the best is a Dallas-based tribute to Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash and The Tennessee Three known as Walkin’ the Line.

I was introduced to Bennie Wheels, the front man for the act, several years ago and realized today that I have never given him and his act,  Walkin’ the Line, any free promotion on this blog.

Showcased in the promotional video above, Walkin’ the Line delivers a performance guaranteed to entertain audiences.  In fact, it’s perfect for the performance needs of hotels and casinos, resort properties, fairs and festivals, corporate events and private parties.

For booking information and to learn more about the act, visit WalkinTheLine.com and tell ‘em Bob McCarty sent ya!

I always wanted to see Johnny Cash. I was excited when he announced he was opening a theater in Branson, but that turned out to be a huge contractual mess. He never showed up since the theater was out to take advantage of Cash. It’s a shame.

Bennie Wheels and “Walkin’ The Line” are as good as it gets for tributes to Johnny Cash.

Very cool…but June was special, Witherspoon did her the best, in my opinion.

Too bad the new rap star Joaquin Pheonix can’t contribute, LOL
