Andrew Speaker, the Atlanta-area attorney whose fame as a carrier of a drug-resistant tuberculosis earned him attention in, including this one and this one, between June and September 2007, is back in the news tonight.  Why?  Because, according to Associated Press, he’s suing the Centers for Disease Control for invading his privacy.
