“House flipping” takes on a whole new meaning in the incredible footage above which shows the demolition of four model homes and 12 almost-finished homes in Victorville, Calif.
Guaranty Bank of Irvine, Calif., financed construction of the homes by Matthews Homes, according to the report in the video above. Unable to move the vacant and/or unfinished homes and being fined daily by the city of Victorville, the bank opted to level them instead of paying fines indefinitely.
