What about the Employees at their other Brewery in Newark,NJ? Many salaried emp's that have had more than 20 years of service and over 40 years old have been let go while youngsters that have barely reached puberty and are with the Comp.for less than 5 years have been retained. Those that were let go forgot more of theses jobs than these youngsters know. What about the fact that Brito's US Headquarters were located at One Busch Blvd. Before any of this "merger" came up.
You all should read an unauthorized Biography about the Busch Empire and it'll open up all your eyes. How much of a Donation do you think that A-B made to Obama & Buschs' Campaign fund? In my Opinion little Augie wasn't man enough to carry the Corp. & Big Augie saw through it. Big Augie wanted to do what Carlos is doing now but not look like the A-Hole in the process. He wants to be the nice All-American Co. Owner, Yeah Right. Come to Newark and ask the Brewers how they feel. It's funny how they are all back slapping and sucking cheeks. They have been doing it for a long time when an employee gets terminated. These Manager types that work for AB are like the dog statue in the back of a car with the bobble head going up & down. They're all the same type of personality, gutless & suck asses.

This is shameful. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone in St. Louis that some jobs were going to be cut. That's part of any corporate merger. You elminate jobs that are duplicate jobs and are no longer needed. It's been less than a year since the In-Bev acquisition, which still doesn't sit well with me being a native of St. Louis. Most of the job cuts happen in that first year as adjustments are made. I have been through a few mergers, and they are never looked forward to. I have always been treated with respect with a severence package, and I would think In-Bev would have some package for longtime employees. This is simply class envy that's further promoting the sick thought of the collective in this country.

AB has done so much for St. Louis. I would hate to see what St. Louis would look like with AB. I have a feeling there lumber industry would be far busier if it wasn't for AB. If I were the media in St. Louis, I wouldn't upset the powers that be with a campaign against AB. You never know when the surgeon Carlos Brite may realize the old historic brewery isn't efficient, and as cost cutter he may decide it's not worth the hassle of the bad press received from the local media.
