Lt. Michael Behenna is not forgotten. We will be making a post about his situation, and will be having his parents on our talk show to re-ignite his cause. This is an injustice and we will be calling on the millions of truckers across America to sign the petition for a new trial, and more importantly, to free this American hero.

I just received a letter from United American Patriots Warrior Fund. Until that time, I had not heard of 1st. Lt. Michael Behenna. I am sick to learn of his terrible situation. He must be released from prison with full rank and privileges, plus an apology from the President of the United States. I find this so hard to believe. What a brave, brave soldier.

I am outraged by this travesty of justice! When will AMERICANS stand up to these socialistic bullies? BUSH did not protect our U.S. soldiers who were brought up on charges at Gitmo. Nor did he defend two Border Patrol Agents who were arrested for defending themselves and shouting illegal aliens entering the border. These Patriots who PROTECT and FIGHT for our country are now considered enemies and are brought up on charges of “mistreating” prisoners of war??? I will not accept this passive, liberal agenda of Obama Bin Laden, nor his attack on our freedoms. I will not purchase government medical. Come and get me. In the meantime, I demand the freedom of Army Ranger 1st Lt. Michael Behenna in the name of the U.S. Constitution!

I am also so upset that our Military and Government send these boys into harms way, and then stabs them in the back. What has happen to finding out the truth and not just going for a win. It is unbelievable to me that we ( the government ) rush to judgement and do not care that they ruin the life of this soldier and his family. To with hold evidence and to make their version of the story fit even it it doesn’t, how can these people sleep at night. Where is our media on this? Where is our Congress on this? These men are the best of the best and we are subjecting them to an unbelievable high standard, and taking the word of a terrorist over the word of a soldier , whom is putting their life on the line because we asked them to. Our prayers are with you Michael and your family, May God bless You and we will not give up until justice is done!

I cannot believe that not one person has left a comment on this page. Is it because they leave with shame burning in their hearts and their hearts in their stomach? I am watching 3 Navy SEALs facing courts martial in the U.S. and Capt. Carl Bjork just had an Article 32 hearing in Iraq. I keep hearing over and over of similar tactics used by our own government’s prosecuting team. In Carl Bjork’s case, his attorney was dumbfounded that the government’s investigator allowed all the accusers (detainees) to gather in one room and talk about it because their individual stories conflicted. There isn’t one news story explaining that the four accusers are Iraqi policemen (the lead one possibly being a member of the Bath Party of Saddam Hussiem) who murdered two men. These two murdered men were responsible for publicly beheading one of the policemen’s brother. The Iraqi policemen then pointed their fingers at Carl (because he was responsible for the training of Iraqi police force) and said he ordered them to do it. We (American Public) don’t get any of that story on our mainstream nightly news. There are too many people who believe that our military would be the first people in line fighting to clear our fighting men and women’s names. But I’m seeing this in the military courtrooms and our local civil/criminal court rooms too. A person sits in the defendant’s chair and they do whatever they can to declare them guilty (it doesn’t matter to them who is pointing the finger). I have never been so disillusioned. I am posting this interview on my Facebook page and I will write letters. My prayers are with Michael and his family. I salute you, Michael, for the service you have given your country.
