Take notice here. If they were so guilty, why didnt the police JUST give a ticket then. Just write the ticket and settle it it court. They took risk of a patient in harms way. And you can plainly see the tension of the police just stirring himself up. This is crazy. Grabbing by the throat? Also, notice the cop kept threatening you are under arrest over and over. Clearly the cop hoped for things to escalate. What happened to professional police who do their jobs, and just write tickets and not try to stir people up? We know why they do this, we arent "sheep". Notice after the throat thing, the cop does just let him go and get in van. I thought the arrest was so important? Just looks to me like the police just wanted to play. Wow! Take notice here. Given that the guy was several times larger than the LEO, I don't see how this is an overeaction, too much force being used. The EMT clearly tried to hit the LEO and flee, his fault if he got roughed up a bit as a result.
