Sometimes, it’s difficult to understand why President Barack Obama and other liberal Democrat politicians behave the way they do.  In order to offer what is perhaps an easier way to explain their behavior, I direct you to the video below.

Before you view it, however, you must change your mindset a bit by thinking of the cats as President Obama and his cronies in Congress and the catnip — the herb to which most cats are addicted — as the mountains of taxpayer dollars over which they have taxing and spending power.

Notice how the cats (a.k.a., members of Congress) who had too much catnip (a.k.a., control over taxpayer dollars) start to act like idiots?  Perhaps, the 2010 election cycle will be a good time to clean out the litter box-like environment that is the nation’s capitol?

Editor’s Note: As the owner of two cats, I mean no disrespect to cats or their owners when I compare them to elected officials.
