I’ve heard a lot about the so-called “rubber rooms,” places operated by the New York City Public Schools to house teachers — at full pay, mind you — who are alleged to have violated school rules, students and/or the law in general.   After watching the trailer for “The Rubber Room” movie (below), I feel as if there’s a lot more to the story than I previously realized.  Watch it and judge for yourself.
