While driving along Interstate 70 in St. Louis yesterday, I noticed a tractor-trailer rig loaded with large, old vehicles (i.e., Cadillacs and Oldsmobiles) from the late ’70s and early ’80s. I became convinced that those vehicles had been traded in by people seeking to take advantage of the federal government’s “Cash for Clunkers” program.

As KenK said, those cars are way too old. Those are actually “classics” at this point. Those are definitely not clunkers.
